LOCAL NOTTINGHAM CARE

Thrive at home, surrounded by what you love

Home care and community care across Nottingham. We respect your independence and promote your dignity in every interaction.

OUR SERVICES

Home care services built around you

Every person is different, so every care plan we create is too. We take the time to understand what matters to you, then tailor our support to fit your routine, your preferences and your independence. Below are the main ways we can help.

Personal Care

From a gentle rise and shine to help getting ready for the day, our carers support the personal routines that keep you comfortable and well. That includes washing, bathing and showering, dressing and choosing clothes, continence support, oral and denture care, and help to move around safely. At mealtimes we can prepare light meals and drinks and offer support to eat where needed.

Companionship

Our companionship service provides friendly visits and meaningful conversation to help reduce loneliness and promote emotional wellbeing. Whether it is sharing a chat over a cup of tea, reading together, playing games, enjoying hobbies, or supporting social activities in the community, our compassionate carers are there to provide reassurance and genuine companionship. We are committed to helping you stay connected, engaged, and independent while building trusted relationships that brighten each day.

Help to appointments

We can support you to get to and from the appointments that matter, whether that is a visit to the GP or hospital, a trip to the dentist or that all important appointment at the hairdresser.

Medication support

Our carers provide safe and reliable medication support to help you stay on track with your prescribed treatment. We can offer medication reminders, assist with administering medication where appropriate, collect prescriptions, monitor medication routines, and help ensure medicines are taken safely and correctly. Our goal is to promote your health, independence, and peace of mind through professional medication management.

Evening support

A good night starts with feeling settled. Our evening visits help you get ready for bed and made comfortable and safe for the night ahead.

Dementia and Alzheimer's support

We understand the effects that dementia and Alzheimer’s can have on the individual and on the people who love them. Our carers are chosen for their compassion and trained to understand this field, so support is always patient, calm and delivered with the dignity and respect every person deserves.

Not sure what you need?

That is completely normal, and you do not have to work it out alone. Get in touch and we will talk it through, with no pressure and no obligation, and help you find the right support.
