What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. Cookies let a website remember things about your visit, such as what you typed into a form, so that the site works properly. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels and local storage, do the same job in a different way. Where we say “cookies” in this policy, we mean all of them.
The law
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may only place cookies on your device without asking you first if they are strictly necessary for the website to work or for a service you have asked for.
For every other cookie, including analytics and anything used for marketing, we must ask your permission before we set it, and it must be as easy to refuse as it is to accept.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page.
The cookies we use
Build note: this table must be completed from a cookie scan of the live site. List every cookie the site sets, including those set by WordPress, Elementor and the contact form plugin. Do not publish a generic list.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are always on. Without them the website will not work. We do not need your consent for these.
| Cookie name | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. These are off unless you accept them.

Third party content
Build note: the Google Map embed on the Services page is to be replaced with a static image and a text link reading “View on Google Maps”, opening in a new tab. Once that is done, delete this section.
How to control cookies
You can accept or reject non essential cookies using the banner that appears when you first visit, or by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of this website from working. The Information Commissioner’s Office publishes guidance on cookies at ico.org.uk.
